Inspections Unlimited is dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers, our inspectors and staff and the public. We strive to balance these priorities to assure to the best of our ability everyone is safe while continuing to provide superior inspection services.
An inspection has been scheduled for the residence you occupy, represent as the listing real estate agent, are planning to purchase or where you are representing the buyer.
Due to COVID-19 it is necessary to update our requirements related to accessing the residence and our inspection processes. We are working hard to protect our customers and inspectors and are following the CDC and Oregon Contractors guidelines to the best of our ability. Please read the following carefully and contact your agent or inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
Health Screening
Please let Inspections Unlimited know if any of the following apply. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Anyone in your household is ill, has symptoms of illness, or has been in contact with someone who has symptoms or been recently diagnosed with COVID-19.
Anyone in your household is under quarantine either due to illness or from being in contact with someone who is ill with COVID-19.
Anyone in your household is not comfortable having an inspector enter your residence to perform an inspection at this time.
