Inspections Unlimited was established in 1989 by Dan and Shelley Lubbers to service the Mid-Willamette Valley of Oregon performing pre-purchase inspections for commercial and residential real estate transactions. In 2002, Multi-family project services were expanded regionally to include the eleven western states including extensive work in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We are a family business and proud to continue to serve the pacific northwest.
Inspections Unlimited has performed many Physical/Capital Needs Assessments (PCNA/ CNA's), Accessibility Transition Plans and various other inspection and environmental evaluation services for Multi-family properties throughout the eleven western states. Properties range in size from small eight unit to larger complexes with well over one hundred units. Duplexes, Multi-unit buildings, single story to high rise construction are all represented in the portfolio of completed evaluations and reports. In addition to the extensive training and industry background, HUD Multi-family Accelerated Processing (MAP) standards and Oregon Housing standards were utilized in the development of Inspections Unlimited's CNA reporting and are the basis of all State Housing and Finance and Rural Development CNA's/ PCNA's. We also provide Rural Development format CNA/PCNA's to meet their needs and requirements.
Inspections Unlimited has been part of educating home buyers, sellers, investors, owners, real estate agents, and other real estate associates for decades. We continue to offer training and continuing education courses as well as giving presentations at industry conferences. Most recently, Inspections Unlimited and Pence Construction teamed up to lead a workshop at the Oregon Housing Industry Conference.
