Jessica expertise lies in architectural design with sixteen years of experience in the industry. She specializes in performing Physical/Capital Needs Assessments (PCNA/CNA) and accessibility evaluations (i.e. transition plans) for Multi-family properties. Her accomplishments include managing projects ranging from small residential renovations to multi-million dollar new structures. She is well versed in new construction, seismic upgrades, renovations, rehabilitation, and tenant improvements. Her vast knowledge base gives her the ability to assess the severity of a site or structures condition, make insightful recommendations about improvements to components, and empower clients to maximize the value out of their property. She is driven to help the industry preserve the existing affordable housing infrastructure and enhance our communities by helping them achieve improved accessibility and sustainable design. She is has an architectural license in Oregon and Washington, an NCARB certification, and LEED Green Associate certification.
