Dan Lubbers
As founder and president of Inspections Unlimited in 1989, Dan has dedicated three decades to real property inspections and created a comprehensive inspection and reporting system that provides you with a wealth of information "Helping You Make Informed Decisions™" about your real estate.
A lifelong resident of the Willamette Valley area, understands the special needs of living and being a property owner in Oregon. Dan has focused on Commercial and Multi-family inspections for the past 20 years providing a wide variety of inspections including Capital Needs and Critical Needs Assessments, Due Diligence and physical condition inspections for an array of property types throughout the eleven western states.
Dan served on numerous committees, participates in training industry professionals, and is known as "an advocate" for real estate consumers. He has managed a physical plant of large conference facilities and worked in residential, and commercial construction. With his extensive construction and inspection background, Dan brings a broad base of knowledge to your inspection. He worked extensively helping to establish the criteria for the Oregon Home Inspector Certification program and proudly holds certification #003. He regularly provides training and continuing education for home inspectors, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
